Mahsa began her broadcast journalism career at WCTI NewsChannel 12, the ABC/FOX affiliate in New Bern, NC. As the sole bureau reporter in Jacksonville—home of the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River—Mahsa covered many issues affecting active service members, young Marine families, and military retirees. She also had the opportunity to interview countless officials including the Secretary of the Navy, Commandant of the Marine Corps, and many high-ranking officers.
Prior to that, Mahsa was an Assistant District Attorney in New York City. She also appeared as a legal analyst and political commentator on Fox News, MSNBC, Fox Business, Headline News, Studio B with Shepard Smith, Tom Sullivan Show, Huckabee, Fox and Friends, America Live with Megyn Kelly, Hannity, Red Eye, The O’Reilly Factor, The Willis Report, Justice with Judge Jeanine, TV Guide, etc.
Mahsa was born in Tehran, Iran and grew up in Leesburg, Virginia. She studied Pre-Med Biology at the University of Virginia and received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2009.
